Pandemic
Oil on Canvas
Christine Roychowdhury
Ellon

The pandemic brought about a togetherness that had been forgotten. Forgotten people became important once again for a time and Life was celebrated. Life and living and being there for others became important and showed what made life important and the values within society became questioned. Painted in oil both my mother and my son acted as models. My mother as an 90 year old and my son as a doctor working at the sharp end in Accident and Emergency.
