'Below Red' uses advancements in camera technology to access light spectrums beyond the visible, in this case, infrared. It is a commentary on science and technology, and the boundaries of human perspective. When trees are photographed through an infrared filter, they mimic digital retina images taken in optometry, exploring the interconnectedness of humanity and nature, giving a new perspective of the world and how we interact with it.
