North Sea swell, Bamburgh Castle

Bamburgh castle painted from the seaward side during a rough sea. This is an unusual aspect from which to paint the Castle which is commonly visualised from the Northern beach or from the landward side. Anti-sea-sickness pills were required to create (and perhaps to view!) this artwork.
