Mostly oil painter and print maker. Since the pandemic i discovered that happiness and contentment are two different things. I used to be rather frantic in my pursuit of happiness but I never actually ever achieved it. During lockdown the world stopped and I did too. We all had to live differently and it was during that time I found so much joy for the seemingly ordinary. Taking my daughter for a walk was suddenly so much more magical and I was able to be calm and my inner child came out. My artwork drastically changed as I did.
